Evan’s Creek Counseling
Compassionate, Culturally Responsive Therapy for Your Whole Self

About Evan’s Creek Counseling
Are you a high-achieving professional who holds everything together at work — but falls apart quietly at home? A parent who would do anything for their child, yet feels like nothing you try is working? An adult who has spent years carrying the weight of a complicated family history, wondering why the same patterns keep showing up in every relationship? If any of that sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Hi, I’m Sijing Hao, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and founder of Evan’s Creek Counseling, based in the greater Seattle area. I was born in mainland China and have spent over 20 years building a life in North America — which means I know intimately what it feels like to live between two cultures, to carry expectations that don’t always have words, and to smile through an exhaustion that runs much deeper than just being tired. That lived experience is at the heart of how I work.
